Thank you for the feedback Configuring PipelineDepth to 5 did the trick. I was able to completely sync my yahoo account without the error I had before.
I did get a socket error (timeout), but I think this is a different issue. I also got "UID FETCH Rate limit hit.", but the message seems obvious. For a first sync, maybe I reached some limit implemented on yahoo side. No big deal I just restarted mbsync.
