Hi,

Our IT switched the company IMAP server from IMAPS to STARTTLS, as part
of a server upgrade, and I can no longer connect. I tried to debug this
but got stuck, help would be appreciated. Using 1.3.0-2 on Ubuntu 20.04,
but I am happy to compile from master if that would help.

$ mbsync -DMN -V ihs
