no, it means that mbsync tried to download it several times, each time
failing to record success - which is consistent with the messages.
we won't get anywhere without you sending me the full -D log of a run.
did you upgrade to 1.4 already? you might be actually hitting an already
fixed bug which could aggravate the yet unidentified problem.
