Position Title: Business Analyst
Position Location: NYC, NY
Project Description:
. Responsible for data analysis, gap analysis and recommendations for more
efficient data management processes.
. Generate detailed & summarized data analysis reports for various criteria.
. Prepare detailed documentation of various processes.
. Interact effectively with business to capture requirements & act as a liaison
between the business and the development team.
. Propose new & better enhanced processes and prepare detailed documentation
for the same.
. Responsible for supporting & maintaining various modules in CRM applications.
. Act as point of contact to ensure that data related issues are resolved in
timely manner.
Position Requirements:
. Proficient in MS Access & basic SQL skills.
. Proficient in other MS Office tools including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint &
Visio.
. Basic knowledge of CRM and database concepts.
. Strong conceptual, qualitative and quantitative problem solving skills a
must.
. Ability to multi-task & willing to adapt to changing requirements.
. Strong oral and written communications skills required.
. Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
. Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
. Insurance industry experience a plus.
. Experience with Data Warehousing a plus
