Position: Data Analyst with SQL/Access/Excel exp Location: Bothell, WA
Duration: 12+ Months Rate: $30/Hr Best Qualifications: Candidate must have strong SQL skills and be proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel. Candidate must be able to multi-task different tasks at one time: research of data and possible issue resolution, working data issue tickets from a ticket queue in Webtrax and/or Clarify, routine data maintenance (updating GLUE GUI and GLUE mapping tool with data), and meet last minute deadlines for data requests. Candidate must be flexible with work schedule, as some data requests are after hours and require potential support on the weekends. This happens mainly if there is a new acquisition launching, GLUE application enhancement, or work with the billing conversions from CARE to TELEGENCE. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the production and maintenance of the GLUE data, and the input of that data into the GLUE Gui Database and GLUE Mapping Tool. Data in the GLUE Database must be error free since it feeds to downstream middleware systems, that ultimately feed to our Activation Systems. This may include working directly with the GLUE Development Team, Number Administration Team, Billing Tables resources, etc. in order to validate data requests, or research and resolve potential issues with the data. The Senior Analyst for this role will need SQL Query Skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel. This position is responsible for ensuring the installation and testing of major GLUE data releases is completed in a timely and error-free manner. This position will also be responsible for manning Trouble Ticket Queues, once the GLUE data feeds directly into the Billers.
