We are looking *Sr. Oracle HRMS/HCM functional* consultant. Job Description: Interact closely with other business analysts, IT analysts, business stakeholders, release management and other areas of the organization. This will include coordination, facilitation and partipation in meetings, as needed. Review process and requirements documentation from the key business stakeholders and the theatre business representatives Present the project deliverable documents to the global process Owners to collect global solution sign off/acceptance Support all testing cycles: this will include creating test sets for the countries in scope, providing guidelines to end users on how to execute the test cases or any other activity required to ensure successful completion of the test cycles.
