Location: SCHAUMBURG, IL Duration: 4+ Months RATE: $70-75/hr Looking for an Oracle Service Contracts SME. A strong Oracle EBS functional experience as well as some SQL / Toad exposure. The candidate will be performing business analyst functions: Assist in implementing functionality provided by the Oracle Suite of Applications Oracle Service Contracts Document the business processes implemented by the Oracle Suite of Applications. Develop both high-level and detail business requirements documentation for all application enhancements, and add-ons. Organizes and leads requirement meetings with business sponsors/users. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing and implementing systems; assists / guides developers in implementing solutions and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. Communicate and insure understanding of program processes, requirements, development, reports, and other elements to the assigned IT staff and business users. Execute testing of developed solution, ensuring client business requirements are implemented accurately. Perform ad hoc detailed analysis as needed, including gap analysis. Must know about service contracts, including: *Prorations *Price increases *Contract renewals, *Must be able to take high level design,set up as serv lvl contracts *Must understand MD 50's Must be heavier on the functional side. The candidate should have experience in one or more of the following modules/components (the more the better) 1. Service Contracts Key Requirement 2. Accounts Receivable 3. Pricing/Advanced Pricing 4. Order Management Some experience in the following modules would be nice: Configurator Install Base (Asset tracking) Inventory Purchasing/Accounts Payable WorkFlow need to start asap - maybe by 9/12 Assignment could go as long as 18 months.
