Pay : $35/hr on C2C POsition Type: Contract Description: - support of domestic voice infrastructure for the Client and Data Centers - support of all *voice infrastructure components* and solutions including legacy TDM Platforms, VOIP Hosted systems with remote Gateways, i.e. AVAYA / Cisco, call centers applications and mobility features. - coordination of hardware/software repairs with communications hardware and software vendors, level 1/2 support for all telephone systems, PBX, Voice mail platforms. - Analysis and troubleshooting of voice, circuit and network components. - Network Maintenance - traffic monitoring, clearing alarms, testing INADS, Inventory management. Resolving Data Center and branch office troubles & outages. - Billing & Invoicing - Maintaining, documenting & filing of all vendor invoices. Remedy Ticket Monitoring & Processing.
