Must have enrollment and premium billing experience. Must have Medicare experience (Medicare advantage or supplement). *Prepare detailed system requirements and specifications and participate in the development of system solution design for existing and new capabilities. *Primary accountabilities include analysis and design activities, UML modeling, facilitating JAR/JAD sessions, and working with other analysts to detail use cases and analysis models. *Requirements gathering and analysis, Use Case, UML, RUP, SDLC process, MS Applications. *Must have a minimum of either Use Case and RUP experience or Healthcare and DIAMOND experience. Prefer that candidates have modeling experience with either RSA (Rational Software Architect) or Rose.
