Location: Somerset, NJ Duration: 3+ Months Rate: $55-59/Hr Best Face to face is required after telephonic!! Position Description: The Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, developing designs and directing the Project Team on each project assigned, and oversee/monitor all other resources to ascertain the project is meeting all critical specifications and is on schedule and within budget. Provides ongoing support and expertise to the assigned team, assisting them in accomplishing the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all areas under this position. Develops and revises complex project plans, works with users to understand problems, focuses on bringing issues to resolution, and escalates as necessary to meet timelines. Completes business and systems analysis as related to project scope. Interacts and negotiates with mid to senior level management on behalf of project team. Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field. The days/hours are as follows: 7am to 7pm 4 days a week. The project manager will have to be able to work every other weekend (Sat. and Sun.) rotating weekends with the 2nd Project manager - every weekend must be covered with 1 PM. The other 2 days during the week can be flexible between the 2 Project managers. Working on the client website redesign project, infrastructure builds Project Manager will be responsible for managing 10 people.
