Job Description / Required skills: In-depth knowledge of WebSphere MQ (Z/OS, UNIX, and Windows platforms) In-depth knowledge of WebSphere Message Broker (UNIX platforms) Strong knowledge of WebSphere Transformation Extender. In-depth knowledge of HP Service Desk and Service Management principles. Working knowledge of J2EE infrastructure and internal components. Ability to create detailed installation and support documentation Ability to use HP Service Desk and associated products to provide trending and metrics of products.
