Position: Documentum Administrator

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 18 + Months

 

 

Technical Skills:

 

Minimum 5 years IT experience

Basic UNIX knowledge

Installation and/or maintenance of enterprise software

Basic WebSphere/J2EE knowledge

Minimum 2 years experience with Documentum

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

70%  administration; development opportunities; coordination of administrative 
duties across several project teams and customer groups; troubleshoot issues 
with the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) infrastructure; respond to 
customer support calls; maintain and update the ECM remedy configuration; 
monitor backups; assist with deployment of enterprise applications to SAT and 
production; test, plan, and implement upgrades to ECM infrastructure; 
proactively communicate to all ECM development groups/customers about ECM 
infrastructure changes.  This position does require being on an on-call rotation
