Position: Change Management Leader

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 12+ Months

Description: 


Immediate year-long consulting opportunity for Change Management Leader: 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

* Develop and implement organizational and process transition plans, 
communication plans, and training plans for a project 
* Conduct change readiness assessment for stakeholder organizations and 
identify gaps and potential solutions 
* Identify critical change management issues and provide transition strategies 
to facilitate a smooth migration of stakeholders to the future state 
* Develop key relationships with project sponsors, project managers, project 
team members, key stakeholders and change champions in the stakeholder 
organizations. 

 

Requirements: 

 

* In-depth knowledge and experience of Change Management tools / techniques / 
methods 
* Demonstrated real-world experience in providing enterprise-wide 
organizational change solutions by conducting organizational assessments, 
designing new organizational structures, and developing and implementing 
organizational transition plans, communication plans, and training plans 
* Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communications and time management 
skills 
* Ability to collaborate with various teams and build strong relationships 
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving 
environment 
* Proven ability to effectively implement organizational and process changes 
* Experience in service-oriented organizations preferred 

 

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree required, with preferred Major in an 
analytical field 



Additional Required Skills: 


Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and 
PowerPoint. 
Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite or Advanced Procurement Suite is a plus. 

Candidate Characteristics: 


This person must have a passion for this type of work (Change Management) 
Aggressive and the ability to know when to push back and when to 
adapt/strategize 
This person must be able to simply get things done! 
The ability to gain acceptance is very critical for this role 
The ability to work through other team members to get things done is critical 
(Influencing) 
This person must be strong at relationship building and open communications
