Looking for a SAP BASIS Admin that can provide Production Support. Manager has
interviewed a few candidates but they seem to have too much Project
Implementation experience and not enough Production Support. He would like the
candidate to start by working on-site for about a month and then he/she can
work remotely.
1. Minimum education requirements: four-year degree in Computer Science,
Telecommunications or Engineering. Other degrees or certifications will be
considered with the appropriate background. Equivalent work experience may be
substituted in lieu of education.
2. Minimum of four years of Enterprise level support in at least one of
the following: SAP basis and Unix/Linux experience.
3. Ability to apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business
issues and is regarded as a SME
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
1. Personnel should be SME certified prior to assignment. Technical
knowledge level inline with MCP, CCNA or Unix\Linux equivalent
2. Experience working in an SLA driven environment.
3. Experience with Clarify, Remedy or other ticketing systems
4. Candidate must have proven teamwork and spoken / written
communications skills.
5. Self-motivated to gain additional knowledge within those technical
support areas and is expected to share and teach others within the technical
support team.
