Location: McLean, VA Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $47/Hr best Summary: The successful candidate will have prior experience in Tivoli Storage Manager and managing a large scale enterprise backup system. Person will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of distributed system backups, cataloging tapes, vaulting tapes and moving them in and out of the automated tape library to physical storage racks. In addition the person will be responsible for receiving large amounts of tapes, checking them in, unpacking them, labeling them and getting them ready for use. Skills: Mid-level (3-7 yrs) IBM's Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) preferred. Basic Sun Solaris and AIX system administration is preferred.
