Title: Network/ Desktop Consultant
Location:Ohio
Length: 4-6 months
Rate: $25.00
Role:
Position will be responsible for the processing requests for network equipment.
This will include processing of all deployment of assets, as well as receiving
all network equipment from both supplier for staging, and from site
decommissions.
Candidate will need to be familiar with current network hardware standards for
Cisco, Nortel, and Avaya.
The candidate will be required to assess the equipment and make disposition
decisions, based on those current standards as well as the company's standards
Skills:
Familiar with data and voice network equipment (Cisco, Bay/Nortel).
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Organization and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Cisco network equipment.
Knowledge of Avaya voice hardware; Cisco certification preferred.
Ability to work in warehouse environment and load, unload, assess, and
inventory network equipment; password recovery; config removal.
