POSITION: IVR PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST

 LOCATION: WARREN, NJ

DURTION: LONGTERM

RATE:$45/hr

Job Responsibilities:
X Provide level 1 troubleshooting for IVR related issues.
X 24x7 IVR support.
X Provide technical expertise in the planning, administration and operation of 
a large, multi-platform and highly networked computing environment.
X Work on trouble tickets on a daily basis, analyzing the issue raised by 
Customers. 
X Monitor the performance of system hardware, network, and applications on 
daily basis.

Required qualifications:
X Hands on working knowledge of Nortel IVR.
X Good command on PLSQL, Shell Script.
X Hands on telephony/telecom knowledge with some prior work experience.
X Good data networking and TCP/IP concepts.
X Basic knowledge of Java and C.
X System administration or power user skills with UNIX (Solaris8)
X Hands on knowledge of T1 interfaces with Call center technology.
X Superior analytical and problem resolution skills.
X Effective communication skills.
X Some Web Development experience

Additional Skills (nice to have):
X PeriPro 
X VoIP, CCXML, .Net 
X Nuance ABNF Grammar 
X Network troubleshooting
X SQL query construction and optimization
