Urgent requirement for EDI analyst CHICAGO, il 6 months Systems Analyst / EDI Analyst Responsibilities * Manage the day to day production data flow for various EDI transaction sets and ecommerce applications associated with ordering, status and invoicing of customers and carriers within the shipment lifecycle * Test new application software upgrades, and any added system functionality * Conduct advanced troubleshooting with new and existing trading partners to solve communication issues * Work with all new trading partners to obtain or provide specifications, create custom mappings, and establish and test new partner configurations * Documents and maintains all business processes for internal associates and custom specifications for external trading partners as required * Monitor and communicate recurring failures to trading partners and provides various levels of functional/semi-technical support to resolve issues long term. * Communicate and report on business system, and trading partner performance.
