Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops
and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer
group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients
and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them
through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a
liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.

Additional Skills: . Experience in structured software development methodology.
Rational UML experience a plus.

Visio).
. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent analytical and

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will work with IT and
Commercial Card business personnel to understand business strategy,
requirements and their implication to Commercial Card products, and
capabilities of legacy and new applications/systems (internal and
customer-facing). You will be responsible for documenting functional
capabilities of legacy systems and associated processes. You will work with
both IT and business personnel to develop functional design specifications that
adhere to design standards to meet defined business requirements.
You will be responsible for end-to-end analysis and design of Commercial Card
business systems including needs assessment, requirements gathering,
prioritization, estimating, risk assessment, planning, use cases, and
functional specifications. Work may include analysis/documentation of legacy
systems, analysis/design of enhancements to legacy systems, or requirements
gathering and design in support of new product development. You will work with
Commercial Card IT technical analysts/developers to ensure clear understanding
of functional specifications and quality assurance specialists to ensure
effective development of test plans, scenarios, and scripts. Adherence to
structured software development lifecycle processes and procedures will be
expected.
