Work with the Global Clinical Data Services team and Business Services team to establish processes and procedures and provide seamless support for EDC applications. Carry out testing for patch releases, to ensure integration of software into the production environment in conjunction with local and global, internal and external IT partners. Demonstrate continuous improvement in the provision of services and support to all customers.
