Skills: SAP FICO Lead - Needed ASAP! Lexington,MA Description: SAP Finance Config Lead As the primary SAP Finance configuration resource for VistaPrint, you will be required to support the initial SAP FI/CO system installation and configuration for VistaPrint. This will include defining SAP FI/CO business requirements, leading and developing Finance business blueprints, implementing and testing SAP application FI/CO functionality. You will also be responsible for managing and providing application support for SAP FI/CO production change requests. The role requires working closely with Finance business unit and SAP development teams to design the FI/CO solution and to manage issue resolution. Essential Functions: -Working closely with the Finance team to define functional processes and requirements for the design of the SAP Finance application modules. -Design and implementation of the SAP ERP system and configuration of FI/CO modules to support Finance business requirements -Working with Finance subject matter experts and the SAP development team to develop thorough SAP application and integration test scripts and expected results. -Testing SAP FI/CO application functionality and managing the FI/CO test plans. -Troubleshooting SAP system technical and functional issues and coordinating issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams at VistaPrint -Operating as the liaison between VistaPrint and SAP for functional requirement requests and for managing the bug fix requests process from SAP -Self-starter capable of driving requirements gathering sessions and managing issue resolution -Small team management and supervisory skills are necessary Requirements Include: -4-5 years of SAP functional configuration experience with FI/CO module suites, preferably on the SAP ECC platform -Strong functional knowledge of Finance business processes and requirements including AR, AP, GL, CO and Fixed Assets. -Extensive experience with full project lifecycle activities: blueprint, design, configuration, testing and support -Strong troubleshooting and technical experience and the ability to root cause application issues -Strong project management skills and the ability to plan and manage small team workloads Preferred Skills: -SAP Financial conversion experience -Experience with Microsoft SQL server and SQL programming -Configuration experience with other SAP modules (HCM or Operations) -Configuration experience with other SAP modules: MM, SD -ABAP and .Net programming experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a similar field.
