Skills: Understands and have worked in a matrix managed environment. Worked for a managed service facility. Great customer experience. Never uses the phrase I think. Always finds out the answer even if it's not him. Sets expectations clearly. Presents well, never carries oneself in a position that would reflect poorly on Sun. Basic understanding of Solaris-10, T2000, HA / Cluster, Disk Array 3320. Third party products IBM MQ and Oracle 11i database.
