Job Description
Basic Qualifications
Excellent process and business scenario skills - Functional expert for SAP
FICO.
Expert knowledge of Finance and Controlling business processes and its
application in SAP.
Good knowledge of SAP R/3 functionality regarding integration between SD
/ MM and FI/CO.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Able to cope with constantly changing priorities and pressure
Would be advantageous to have good knowledge of Pharma environments with
Manufacturing or Commercial markets/organisations.
Understanding of the business issues and pressures in Manufacturing,
commercial and International markets
Experience of continuous improvement culture is advantageous
Details
.Provide Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
support to a Global customer base for Business Process and SAP functional
activities.
.Work with key stakeholders to agree priorities and timelines for
delivery.
.Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests,
proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
.Evaluate, develop, test and arrange release of SAP developments
according to the GSK validation procedures.
.Deliver high quality services and/or solutions that meet business
requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business
objectives.
