Location: Durham, NC Duration: 3+ Months Rate: $45/Hr Best Description: I am looking for a dynamic individual that sets him/herself apart from the rest, to join our client in C# LOAN IQ development role. Brief job detail: Develop applications, interfaces and reports based on business and technical specifications provided by IT Business Analyst or other developers. Thoroughly test all applications & related software developed, prior to releasing to QA Test Phase. Work closely with IT business analysts to understand business and provide the best solution for user community. Work with data modelers to supplement tables in the LOAN IQ database for use by Interfaces and Reports. Maintain existing LOAN IQ related applications, interfaces and reports. Work with other IT staff during the various phase of the development life cycle. Required Skills: #1 SKILL REQUIRED: LOAN IQ (client will not bring someone on board without this skill) Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Remoting, .NET Windows Forms skills required. Strong SQL skills (UDB DB2 preferred, Oracle a plus). Strong C/C++ skills required. Experience in coding multi-threaded programs Experience in coding Windows Services. Good Communications and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of the application development life cycle Desired Skills: Object-oriented analysis, design and programming (UML a plus) 1 year of working experience using XML based technology Knowledge of LoanIQ Data Model.
