I am looking for very strong .NET skills Classic ASP - Many of our existing applications are using classic asp. Many of these will be converted to .Net, so the ability to write / understand classic asp is a must. Oracle Backend - I am not looking for a DBA, but must be proficient in creating / understanding oracle objects Toad - must be proficient in using the toad tool for oracle.
