Understanding of the business issues and pressures in pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial and International markets. Experience of continuous improvement culture is advantageous. Details .Provide Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management support to a Global customer base for Business Process and SAP functional activities, specifically in the procurement area. .Work with key stakeholders to agree priorities and timelines for delivery. .Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate. .Evaluate, develop, test and arrange release of SAP developments according to the GSK validation procedures. .Deliver high quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
