Let me know if you have any one for the following position immediatly............... Req: *Remedy Database Administrator* Location: *Boston, MA*. Duration: *1 YEAR*. Rate :*Open* *Face to face required after phone screening*. If face to face goes well, consultant will start immediately. This individual will be responsible for all support an administration functions required to maintain and improve a BMC RemedyVersion 7 environment. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining an existing production Remedy environment (Including Service Desk, SLA, Flashboard, Asset Management, Change and Problem Management Modules). The Administrator will be heavily involved in developing and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reports developed in Crystal Reports to provide vital data to the business. This position will be working in conjunction with another Administrator currently performing the same functions. 3-5 years of Remedy experience required including exposure to Remedy Version 7 Upgrade, Administration, Development and Support roles. Preference will be given to individuals with formal BMC Remedy training or certification.
