Duration: 3+ MONTHS. Rate: open* As you will see from below....they are looking for a BA that has some Oracle Apps experience.....F2F required. *Locals strongly preferred.* Duties -Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business process and user needs. -Applies system knowledge to process improvement. -Formulates system solutions to parallel overall business strategies. -Provides the Business Process owners with insight into application rules and processes. -Assist the Business Process Owners with an application roadmap for process improvement -Acts as the voice of the customer in interactions with IT - Create clear and concise Business Requirements and Functional Design Documents to support system design -Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. - Works with IT, developers, architects, and QA to ensure comprehension and feasibility of requirements. - Assist QA and end-users with verifying application functionality; and that application functionality adheres to requirements. - Assist with planning and coordinating UAT testing. -Manages a change program. - Strong organizational and project management skills SKILLS Experience transforming user requirements into documented functional requirements Experience operating in a global company, with single instance of applications and shared services centers. Experience with large global implementations of Finance Applications including Oracle Financials. Experience with multiple development methodologies (Waterfall, XP, Scrum) a plus Experience in business systems consulting environment, implementing enterprise systems desirable. Knowledge of UML, data modeling and sequence diagramming is an asset Skills/Characteristics - Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail - Exhibits ownership of tasks and sees them to closure - Strong process thinking and business process, rules documentation skills - Self starter able to learn quickly and to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to make quick, well-informed decisions to avoid project delays - Excellent attention to detail yet ability to understand the big picture - Sense of urgency for completion of critical tasks - Ability to work in a cross-functional environment (e.g. Finance, Procurement, HR) - Results-driven individual who does whatever it takes to succeed and loves a challenge - Team player Key Working Relationships: - Reporting to the leader of Business Process & Systems team - Close daily coordination with the P2P Global Process Owner - Program Coordinators and Project Managers - Juniper IT teams Other: Familiar with a variety of Finance concepts, practices, and procedures. Strong understanding of internal control theory Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others in a project environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
