The "perfect" candidate would be one with all the skills listed below. Those listed in red are specialized skills that the candidate MUST have and be especially strong in as they will be bringing these skills to the team. The candidate should have around 5 years in the specialized skills. St. Louis based (Creve Coeur & Hazelwood area) Wintel based OS installation & Implementation expertise Hardware/system (HP) builds, ability to plan implementations, submit cabling requirements Knowledge of Enterprise networks, firewalls (Cisco based); TCP/IP, UDP Multicast Performance Tuning of Windows OS, Network interfaces and network tunable parameters Troubleshooting skills (to include windows os, hw, network connectivity ) MS Visio & Excel use for documenting and planning installations Server / HBA setup for SAN access (powerpath / HBAnywhere a plus) Ghosting servers Knowledge of ITIL process with focus on Change and Incident Management Flexible working hours may have to work after hours.
