Let me know if you have any one for the following opsition immediatly......... ** *TITLE: OM Business Analyst - Oracle 11i* * * *SKILLS: 5+ years Business Analyst experience with Oracle 11i OM, AR, Customer Master and Installed Base applications* * * *San Jose, CA* *6 Months+* *Rate: open* Role : OM Business analyst *Oracle* 11i ( Order to Cash * OM , Pricing, Install base, Shipping) JOB DESCRIPTION: *Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies. *Partner with business representatives at all levels to assess, refine, and drive appropriate technology solutions. * Must be able to understand not only the technical aspects of *Oracle*applications, but the functionality as well. *Maintains a detailed knowledge of the business' current technology and infrastructure. * Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction. *The ability to multi-task across multiple concurrent task/projects is required. QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS: * Must have 5+ years experience as Business Analyst working with the *Oracle * Applications (OM, AR, Customer Master, Installed Base). * Must have at least 2-3 full-life cycle implementations including one as a functional or technical lead. * Must have functional experience with *Oracle* Applications 11i module configuration and processes for the following Modules: OM, Inventory, Advanced pricing, Install base and service contracts. Familiarity with WMS and/or discrete manufacturing would be a big plus. * Has in depth knowledge of Customer service processes such as Order booking, scheduling, ATP, drop ship and samples management. * Must be knowledgeable in underlying *Oracle* *Apps* database architecture with regard to OM schemas, application program interfaces (APIs), data elements, tables and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion, Order discrepancies, and reporting support. ***On-site interviews are required for this position.
