Position: Change Management Coordinator Location: Wilmington, DE. Duration: 6 month+ Rate: ALAP I am looking for Change Management Coordinator for a 6 month+ contract position in Wilmington, DE. Candidates will be responsible for the facilitation of the change requests for the organization. Individual will be responsible to facilitate changes from change entry to post implementation. . Conduct or participate in change meetings, where affected parties are notified that changes are scheduled, approved, rejected, etc. . Enter, facilitate and own changes submitted to the Change Management Department through the entire process . Follow-up, for root cause regarding failed, backed-out and canceled changes. . Ensure the Change Assignee documents business and technical assessments in the change record, where applicable. . Communicate inefficiencies and deficiencies related to the process to the process owner. . Assist in the resolution of change assignment issues, as required. . Monitor that change records are closed within criteria. . Monitor that problems encountered during the implementation of a change are properly documented in the change record. . Identify areas for improvement using key measurements. . Provide steady state education to process users when requested or when circumstances indicate that education would improve process execution. . Review of all change tickets for process compliance (could include approval of change records on applicable accounts). . Report on, analyze performance against, and identify improvements regarding metrics, SLAs, and key measurements.
