I need a Test Manager(Not just a lead) in Des Moines, Iowa. Please do not send
unqualified candidates. We need high level Test Management skills not just a
lead. Also, they need to be able to do hands on work too. MUST BE A 10/10
COMMUNICATOR. COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT. I will only contact and give
feedback on the candidates I feel are a fit. Do your job and screen well. I
want experienced people. Read the details below completely before submitting.
Make sure your candidates can be match all the requirements below. Full name,

Location Des Moines, IA
Contract 4 to 6 months+
Do not get greedy. Must be very experienced and qualified to get this rate.
The lower rate you can get, the better chance your candidate has.
Must be a 10 as a communicator and have excellent people/interpersonal skills.
Need to not have significant vacation plans (like a trip to India during this
time)
Need to be available to interview on Wed 12-17 with the client between 1:30 and
3pm cst .
In addition to the notes below, they should be an experienced flexible Test
Manager who can lead, manage, motivate a team of 5 and do hands on work. This
is a client server manual testing effort that they likely want to automate in
the future. As a result this candidate should also have some automation
experience using Quality Center.
Intelligent Vehicle Systems is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate,
and execute rest requirement documentation work for Apex, our desktop product.
In this position, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the development of test requirements
documentation for existing product functionality
- Establish and manage clear work expectations and assignments
- Provide technical leadership to team members
- Identify and address process and performance issues
- Effectively setup and facilitate meetings
- Effectively communicate status and progress of activities to management.
Education
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,
or equivalent experience required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills - must
interface successfully with engineers and personnel of other disciplines.
- Demonstrated technical leadership capability and project management
skills.
- 3+ years of supervising team members
- 8+ years of experience in software requirements and testing
- Experience with a software development lifecycle process.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with desktop software verification
- Experience with Quality Center Requirements module
- Knowledge of agriculture practices and technologies
