Position: PeopleSoft Administrator
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $50/hr BEST RATE
Candidates MUST have experience in the following areas:
Build, configure, debug and support PeopleSoft applications in a multi-instance
environment
Oracle/PeopleSoft admin skills on Linux
STAT Change management and Version Control
PeopleSoft environment refresh procedures
PeopleSoft upgrades, patches and fixes
Professional Skills Required:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent spoken and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to work in a dynamic team
environment, and to interact with resources from technical and non-technical
organizations
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task well and prioritize accordingly
Ability to build strong relationships with teammates and clients
The following skills are desirable but not necessarily required:
Knowledge of Emerging SOA Technologies
Oracle DBA skills in a PeopleSoft environment (HR, FIN, ELM, EPM, PORTAL)
Oracle Database 8, 8i, 9i, 10g and 11g
Oracle Applications Server (OAS)
Ability to read and tune PL/SQL Statements
Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and
compliance with established project standards
Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective
action as necessary
Ability to identify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed
