Position: PeopleSoft ERP Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: BEST RATE
Required Skill Set:
10+ years of ERP experience with PeopleSoft and SPL/ Oracle CC&B.
4+ years experience managing PeopleSoft and CC&B teams in the public sector and
utilities industry.
Experience with PeopleSoft 8.x/ 9 (HRMS, Financials, Portal, EPM) and
PeopleTools 8.4x.
Experience with CC&B 2.2.
Strong technical skills with the PeopleSoft and CC&B products in an Oracle
RDBMS and Unix/ RedHat environment.
Experience in managing systems and systems administration personnel in a
RedHat, Oracle, and NetApp environment on a PeopleSoft and/ or CC&B project
Prior experience with tools like STAT, AutoSys, AppWorx, QuickTest, and Test
Director, and transitioning from Banner to PeopleSoft and/ or CC&B, is a strong
plus
Preferred knowledge of or experience with Oracle SOA, Oracle Utilities Work and
Asset Management (WAM), and Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management
Extensive experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing,
and systems architecture and administration
Strong collaborative business skills in working with cross-functional teams and
driving requirements, design, development, and deliverables
Proven project management and customer satisfaction skills, ability to deliver
in a demanding environment, and execution of a smooth transition from
implementation to production support phase
Skilled in productive deployment of personnel and hardware and software
resources to meet diverse and challenging objectives
Prior background in managing both consulting and client personnel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
