Position: Siebel systems analysts
Rate: 42/hr Max (Non Negotiable)
Duration: 6+ months
Below is the description at Florida; Jacksonville. This will be at least a 6
month contract. They are looking for 6 people. We have a pretty good
relationship with this hiring manager. These are for Systems Analysts with
Siebel experience (not developers).
Preference will be given to candidates that are presented at rates lower than
this. BCBS strongly bases their hiring decisions on rates so ever little bit
helps. I know the rate is low, but we have ZERO flexibility.
The person will be responsible to work with business and the team to develop
and document the functional requirements in a Use case / supplementary spec
format using RUP methodology. We are looking for strong candidates with strong
knowledge in Siebel functionalities and how the system works.
Basic.
1. Siebel functionalities
2. Siebel process for handling Service request, opportunities, quotes
3. Solid 3+ years of experience as System Analyst handling various phases of
Siebel project
4. Skills in Visio, MS products
Optional
1. RUP
2. Health care industry knowledge
3. Siebel technical knowledge
Potential candidate should have related experience and demonstrated skills in
prior assignments
