Position: Agile/Web Systems Analyst
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Portland; OR
Pay Rate: $ ASAP
Job Description:
Should have the ability to read logical & physical data models?
Should have experience reading and creating complex Use Cases?
Should have experience reading and creating complex Story Cards?
Should have the ability to read and create complex Sequence Diagrams?
Should have the ability to read and create complex Activity Diagrams?
Should have knowledge and experience with specific Agile methods? (e.g., Scrum,
Extreme Programming, Rapid Application Development, Agile Unified Process,
Crystal Clear, Software Development Rhythms, DSSM, Feature-Driven Development,
Lean CMMI, etc.
Should have 3 years experience analyzing requirements for web-based systems?
Does the candidate have good verbal communication skills and have the ability
to effectively communicate to both business and technical audiences?
Should have facilitation skills, to run JAD sessions with a moderate (2-10)
number of participants?
Should have experience in driving for results by setting objectives and goals,
breaking down concepts into manageable achievable steps, assessing risks and
problems?
Has the candidate had experience managing their own work tasks in the context
of an Agile environment?
Should have the experience to provide work estimates in Agile environments with
increasing accuracy of the estimate as work effort progresses?
Should have the experience to lead and coordinate small Agile teams, monitor
their progress, and inspire them to complete tasks in a timely manner?
Should have 5 year system analysis or healthcare business experience or
combination of both?
Should have experience and skill to be self-managed on tough assignments while
being accountable for commitments for all assignments?
