Does the candidate have the ability to ability to read complex data
models and the ability to create basic logical data models?

Does the candidate have experience in writing well designed complex SQL
and PL/SQL queries and have the capability to do this in multiple database
environments?

Does the candidate have 5 years of data analysis experience?
Yes
Does the candidate have 3 years of data warehouse experience?
Yes
Does the candidate have the ability to read and create complex test
cases. Do they have the ability to execute, verify results and consult with
others on completeness of test cases? Do they have the ability to develop test
strategy for moderate work efforts?
Yes
Does the candidate have the ability to understand and define complex
metadata and update repositories as needed?
Yes
Does the candidate have experience reading and creating moderate Use
Cases?
Yes
Does the candidate have experience reading and creating moderate Story
Cards?
Yes
Does the candidate have a high degree of technical writing skills?

Does the candidate have exposure to and knowledge of different
(Waterfall, Iterative) methodologies?
Yes
Does the candidate have good communication skills and have the ability to
effectively communicate to both business and technical audiences?

Does the candidate have facilitation skills, to run JAD sessions with a
moderate (2-10) number of participants?

Does the candidate have experience in driving for results by setting
objectives and goals, breaking down concept into manageable achievable steps,
assessing risks and problems?

Does the candidate have the experience to provide estimates for complex
work efforts with increasing accuracy of the estimate as work effort
progresses?

Does the candidate have the experience to coordinate small teams (1-4),
track their progress, and inspire them to complete tasks on time?

experience or combination of both?
