Need Data Modeler
Start on January 12th.

It will go for at-least one year.
Data Modeler
Candidate must have the ability to analyze complex data requirements and
create well designed complex logical and physical data models based on those
requirements
Candidate must have the ability to model relational, dimensional and
snowflake designs
Candidate should have experience with Erwin and ModelMart?
Candidate should have experience in writing well designed complex SQL and
PL/SQL queries and have the capability to do this in multiple database
environments
Ability to effectively create and review DDL for deployment
Ability to effectively diagnose and correct errors in DDL in a timely
manner under strict timelines
5 years of data modeling experience
Does the candidate have the ability to understand and define complex
metadata and update repositories as needed?
Ability to review complex documents and models and contribute to quality
peer reviews
Must have good technical writing skills
Exposure to and knowledge of different (Waterfall, Iterative)
methodologies
Does the candidate have good communication skills and have the ability to
effectively communicate to both business and technical audiences
Facilitation skills, to run JAD sessions with a moderate (2-10) number of
participants
Experience in driving for results by setting objectives and goals,
breaking down concept into manageable achievable steps, assessing risks and
problems
Experience to provide estimates for complex work efforts with increasing
accuracy of the estimate as work effort progresses
Experience to lead, coordinate, track progress, and inspire others to
complete tasks on time
Experience and skill to be self-managed on tough assignments while being
accountable for commitments for all assignments
knowledge of traceability/auditability through all phases of work effort
Ability to work effectively in Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase
