Business Analyst - Healthcare Enrollment and Billing* * Skills:* *Facets, Enrollment and Billing, UAT Testing* *Location: MD Duration: 6+ months Rate: Open Business Analyst: * The BA will be responsible for: * Facets Operations Production Support * Analytical day to day support for Enrollment and Billing system enhancements. * Analysis and research of moderately complex system problems, coordinating with IT and tracking to resolution * Development, documentation and communication of alternative workarounds for system defects * Performing business support responsibilities to include production monitoring, file maintenance, ad hoc reporting and consultation with internal and external users * Perform Facets UAT Testing as required in resolving system defects. * 4+ years of Business analysis/system support experience with Health Insurance Systems required * Must have enrollment and billing business and/or technical knowledge. * Strong written and verbal communications skills * Functional specifications, minimum 3-5 years experience * Ability to analyze and document system procedures * Extensive HIPAA analysis and assessment, knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations. * Experience with transaction sets 835, 837, 270, 271, 276, 277 * Working knowledge of TSO, Fileaid, SQL. * Solid expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MSProject * Support system requirements walkthroughs/sessions (JAD) with Business Owners, Stakeholders, SME*s and technical team. * Capture, document and validate business and functional requirements specifications. * Develop and finalize test plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, and use cases. * Development, planning and execution of overall system/regression testing activities to ensure the application meets all business and functional requirements as documented in traceability matrices. * Function as a Business liaison to the Design and Development teams during translation of requirements specifications into detailed design. * Collaborative problem resolution on day to day issues * Translate business requirements into structured flow diagrams, specifications. * Coordinate with business sponsor for business line deliverables such as training materials and SOPs * Ability to coordinate with internal customers, participating on a project team on a day to day basis, while effectively providing status to Management. * Requirements Development and Management (to include experience with Use Cases and Requirements Management Software) * Software Testing (to include User Acceptance Testing and experience with Testing Tools) * Project Management * Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (to include RUP/Iterative) -- Thanks and Regards, SATYA CAPS innovative Solutions Inc Phone:408/212/0891 408-329-4051 Mailto: [email protected] Website: http://capsinnovative.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT provider" group.
