Read and screen carefully. This position has the potential to be political
dealing with internal people so we need to make sure we have the right
candidate who can do this.
Looking for a senior java developer who is an expert with TDD (Test Driven
Development).
I need a Test Driven Development (TDD) expert for our client is in Eagan, MN.
Local is preferred but since this is more difficult, we can look at out of
state people as long as they can come for a final face to face interview at
your expense. I need a Sr. developer with the test driven development
expertise. Not just someone who has done it before but someone who is an
expert. Someone who can do it, teach it, promote it throughout the department.
It is a difficult position to fill so make sure you are only submitting
qualified people. You must talk to and qualify everyone before submitting to
me. I do not want people who are comfortable with the requirement. I want
people who have done this before. Read below before submitting.
They need to be qualified to get the higher rates in this market. Only submit
at what you need. Duration is 6+ months minimum. Full name, phone number,
email address, and rate needed required in all replies to me. Confirm you can
send for a face to face at your expense if needed.
Looking for a senior java developer who is an expert with TDD (Test Driven

Environment is Java, Spring, Hibernate
Needs a developer who has not only done test driven development, but is an
evangelist, someone who will promote it through her department.
Someone who will work closely with developers to teach this approach.
Break code down into testable chunks, then write unit tests prior to doing any
development.
