This applicant will be responsible for delivering a Business Requirements Document. Complete Description: FMIS is the Financial Management Information System used by the Department of Transporation. The BRS Documentation for FMIS will be based on the existing front end upgrade. The Business Requirements will document the Functional and Business Requirements for the re-write of the User front end. The Applicant (working with a supervisor) must be able to understand the existing detailed design documents, review the underlying COBOL code as necessary, and meet with end users and deliver a resulting BRS document all of the needs.
