Must be local or Texas candidates Qualifications and Competencies: 8+ Years in a Business Requirements/Analyst role or similar experience with the above responsibilities 5+ Years in a Telecom environment with a deep understanding of Telecoms OSS quote-to-cash cycle Solid experience with Architecture and requirement management tools and concepts. Experience with Telelogics System Architect & DOORS a plus Direct experience with software development life cycle and processes in a team environment with emphasis on requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice Languages/Methodologies: Use Case creation, workflow design using BPMN, SDLC Strong written and verbal communication skills (emphasis on documentation) Basic understanding of web services, SOAs Some travel may be required An undergraduate degree (BA/BS Computer Science).
