---5+ years of Hyperion Essbase development experience
---Experience with at least one full project cycle with Planning 4.1.1,
experience with version 9.3.1 a plus.
---Documented experience of Retail planning
---Documented project management experience from requirement gathering to
implementation
---Documented experience with Hyperion Business Rules
---Documented experience with Hyperion Planning forms building and
customization
Selected contractor will, working with AAFES business and technology subject
matter experts, develop an AAFES-wide, facility-level planning application
using Hyperion tool sets. Selected contractor will lead or assist with
requirements gathering, functional design, implementation and training of the
solution.
