Short Description:
The qualified candidate will have 10+ years Project Management
experience with mid to large sized APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS with
airline and merger integration experience a plus
Complete Description:
The qualified candidate will have 10+ years Project Management
experience with mid to large sized APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS ($500K to
$5M) as well as experience in the following areas:
· Developing and executing project plans using Systems Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
· Developing, managing and controlling the overall project plan
including activities, duration, dependencies and resource assignments.
· Developing project cost estimates.
· Managing project costs including the development of monthly
financial forecasts.
· Managing project scope including use of formal change control
procedures.
· Identifying and controlling project risks.
· Managing issues and escalating when appropriate.
· Managing cross-functional information and technology focused
teams.
· Communicating project status to team members and upper management.
· Managing multiple projects concurrently.
The qualified candidate must have prior experience with application
development processes; infrastructure services; and mainframe, distributed,
and web-based application technologies. Airline
application/infrastructure experience preferred. PMP Certification preferred.

strong
interpersonal skills.
