Position: UAT Tester
Location: Mclean, VA

Duration: 5+ Months
UAT Tester:
Ability to work with the Information Technology (IT) Team, but
also communicate effectively with business stakeholders
Ability to build solid relationships and partner with
various teams
Experience with manual functionality testing, black box
testing in a distributed environment (involving multiple systems)
Experience writing detailed test cases based on
requirements, use-cases and other artifacts
Experience with all aspects of Testing in a distributed
environment (GUI, database and web services testing)
Direct or indirect experience interacting with business
users or requirements gathering
Understanding of a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM),
traceability of business requirements/business needs mapping to test cases
Experience with Rational TestManager and Clear Quest
Direct or indirect experience with User Acceptance Testing
(UAT) in a tester role
skill: Mid-level (3-7 yrs)

Excellent communication skills
Rational Test Manager, Clear Quest
Selling SYstem experience required
Freddie Mac Experience required
