Do you have any .Net Designers in your pipeline. I have several openings
coming out in a week or so for in Chicago. The rate is not so great -This is
all I know right now:
C#/.Net Designers - they are training their full time employees on Java but
they still need people for 6 months to do the work
New design and functionality
One needs to be very strong with SQL Server DB and deep knowledge, the others
still need to have some knowledge
UML - use cases
Set up framework and work with architects
Enterprise level design
