ROLE: Cognos Developer REQUIRED SKILLS: - 5+ years of proven experience in data warehousing, ETL and BI development - 3+ years of hands-on experience in cubes & reports design/development using Cognos 8 BI tool suite(Framework Manager, Query Studio, Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Transformer) - Strong knowledge of Cognos Architecture and Server Administration - Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, relational and dimensional data models - Good written and verbal communication skills - Preferably experience in a large financial or Integrated Eligibility and/or Health and Human Services arena - Meticulous in documenting defects and performing root-cause analysis around issues - Ability to follow-up across teams to meet testing objectives and have effective communication with track leads - Deadline oriented and enthusiastic to meet project and client objectives PREFERRED SKILLS: - PL/SQL - Data Modeling - Cognos Event Studio - Cognos Metric Studio - ETL Tools *Skill Type Required:* Cognos, years of experience.
