Lead the impact analysis, scope lockdown, and requirements gathering
phases of the company's transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10 and development phase
management of transition from HIPPA 4010 to HIPPA 5010
Senior Project Manager (8+ years PM experience) with a background in
Healthcare Information Management (HIM), knowledge of ICD-9 or ICD-10 systems
implementations and/or upgrades and experience with industry standards groups
responsible for HIPAA transaction standards is preferred. Candidate should have
experience planning and executing large projects (>$3 million and >100
resources) for a complex health care payer organization, experience in
analyzing and re-engineering business processes that span across multiple
departments in large/complex organizations as well as experience working within
the constraints of Project Management Office (PMO) mandated standards for
managing projects.
Experience with Health Care Payor, HIPPA, and ICD deployments
Microsoft Project proficient
Project Life Cycle profficient
Project Management proficient
Process and analysis proficient
Meeting Facilitation skills
Microsoft office suite - Expert. Specifically Excel.
