Experience within IB Equities MO environment and with business analysis for a project of significant complexity. d.. Able to work across Front Office, Middle Office, and Technology. e.. Strong communication and team-working skills. f.. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. g.. Ability to supervise and co-ordinate system and UAT testing. h.. Ability to understand and analyze business processes & workflows with the objective of providing recommendations for the best integration with technology. i.. Able to development and articulate business requirements. This should include: Regional Booking, Cross border Booking, Local/Local booking.
