ERP/Peoplesoft Specialist
Rate $50/hr

This candidate must also have very strong project methodology knowledge and
some project management skills/experience. They must be able to work
independently and to manage workstreams within a large project.
"Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing,
and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business
opportunities. Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding,
testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces.
Includes designing and determining system specifications for integrating all
business processes into a single company-wide application. Possesses knowledge
of multiple business areas, process engineering and re-engineering, and
specific experience with at least one ERP system, including customization.
Level 4 - Master:
. Viewed as an expert in multiple fields or disciplines.
. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a
final product.
. Works on unusually complex technical or enterprise-wide problems and develops
highly innovative solutions.
. Works under consultative direction towards predetermined goals and
objectives.
Typical Experience Level: 7+ years"
